I have my B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California Los Angeles, 2019. I started out at El Camino Community College as an English major. I found my love for Chemistry while taking a science prerequisite. Although challenging, I find it very interesting, and plan to pursue my PhD in Organic Chemistry in the upcoming year.
Experience
I have been tutoring for almost two years now, and find it very rewarding. I have a deep understanding of all the subjects I tutor, and I am excellent at explaining these concepts in a way that anyone can understand. I currently still work in an Organic Chemistry lab at UCLA, this helps me to provide real world examples when teaching, and keep my students engaged. During my time at UCLA I was on the Men's Rowing team. This made me the only athlete in all of my classes. Being a student athlete and a STEM major was not easy, but I never back down from a challenge. I encourage all my students to challenge themselves one way or another.
